1. Pasta with olive oil and parm

Just a few min of work and it’s ready – no ketchup, no pasta sauce with preservatives. Just plain pasta, with healthy olive oil and parm cheese on top (or whatever cheese you would like to add). You can play with the different pasta types as well.

  • Heat up pasta until it’s ready
  • Sprinkle olive oil on top – not too much. Mix the pasta.
  • Sprinkle graded parmesan cheese on top – as much as you/your kids like.

2. Pasta with Rose sauce

Sometimes kids need some sauce and flavoring to their pasta. My daughter loves Rose sauce, which is actually really easy to make. After getting some pasta ready here’s how I make Rose sauce to go along with it:

You will need:

  • Tomato paste
  • Cooking cream
  • optional – cut up onions
  • salt

If you use onions, saute the onions with a bit of oil in a pan. Add the tomato paste with a little bit of water – thinning the paste. Slowly add the cooking cream and some salt and taste. According to the taste you like – you can add additional cooking cream and salt. The sauce should get an either light or dark pinkish color – according to the taste you like (more creamy or more tomato based).
